Alistair Jones is the Principal Therapist at PCCM. He is a counsellor, couple counsellor, coach and mediator with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across the community sector.

Throughout his career Alistair has worked with organisations such as Relationships Australia and Marymead Child and Family Centre, and from 2008 to 2025, he has served as the inaugural Counselling Manager at EveryMan, a reknowned organisation focused on supporting men with complex needs.

Alistair brings over 10,000 hours of counselling experience to his work and holds qualifications in psychology and sociology. He is also a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, a member of the Australian Dispute Resolution Association, and a certified Coach Practitioner with the Engenesis Coach Academy.

His approach is grounded in a strength-based, systemic framework that is trauma-informed, forward-focused, and practical. He specialises in working with men who present with complex personal and relational challenges, helping them navigate change, develop resilience, and build healthier connections.

Clients often describe Alistair as calm, insightful, and down-to-earth and his aim is to create a respectful, non-judgemental space where people feel supported to explore their goals, find clarity, and take meaningful steps forward.
